                                                                              Release and Covenant not to sue 
    I the undersigned, intending to be legally bond, for and on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, herby waive, release, acquit and discharge THE VILLAGES TRAP, SKEET AND SPORTING CLAYS CLUB, its members, officers, directors, employees or agents from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, rights, damages, demands, losses costs, or liabilities, including attorney’s fees or court costs (hereafter referred to as “Claims”), of every nature and description arising at law or in equity it being my intention to effect a general this release and understand that in doing so I have released and waived valuable legal rights for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.  I ALSO SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE USE OF SHOTGUNS AND AMMUNIOTIION IN THE CLAY TARGET SPORTS IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS AND COULD RESULT IN BODILY INJURY OR DEATH.  This release is given in consideration of becoming or continuing to be a member of The Villages Trap Skeet and Sporting Clays Club, and having the opportunity to participate in activities organized, sponsored or promoted by The Villages Trap, Skeet and Sporting Clay Club.
